Brave topics, genuine friendship, onesie pajamas! What is something you’d tell your middle school-age self?
Betse Green, Diana Brown, and Deana Criess explore that question in this fast-paced,
always silly, sometimes raw, character-driven romp. Slumber Party features three of the United States,(And abroad) most sought-after improv performers/teachers, with special guests from the fest popping in to share the fun.
The audience is invited to join us as we revisit our younger selves and play with the hilarity to be found in the awkward discovery of who we are and how we fit into the larger world. Confessions, advice, stories, flashbacks, all discovered live with the audience. Onesies, blankets, and pillows are encouraged as we all get comfy and settle in for the journey inside the minds of three young people trying to figure it all out."
About Us
What happens when three women meet at a festival and fall deeply in improv love with each other? They start a team, create a format, and find places to play together. Slumber Party is Betse Green, Diana Brown, and Deana Criess, three improv sisters who have traveled the world together performing, teaching, and spreading improv heart as a trio. With over 90 years of combined improv experience, these women use their shows and classes to create inclusive, accessible, and joy-filled experiences for their audiences

NANA are a London-based long-form improv team known for high-energy shows that build rich emotional worlds in real time. Formed in 2022 as a house Harold team at the Free Association, they perform regularly in London and at festivals across Europe. Their signature style balances playful characters with grounded emotional relationships, finding comedy in how small, human choices ripple outward into larger worlds. Each performance is shaped live with the audience, who choose multiple sets and player formations at random. The result is a joyful, varied rhythm with a shared sense of play running throughout.
About Us
NANA are a London-based long-form improv team, performing together since 2022, when we were formed as a house Harold team at The Free Association. Currently, we have a monthly slot at the FA as well as guesting at mixed-bill nights around the city. We are the 2025 winners of Scrimmage, London’s cage-match competition for the indie scene, and have been lucky to perform at Edinburgh International Improv Festival and Das Improv Fest Berlin in the past year.

Franston Pickle are condimental improv pair that you didn’t know you needed in your pantry! Robert Frimston & Francesca Reid bring you nuanced & delightfully singular characters.
About Us
Franston Pickle is a two-prov team consisting of Robert Frimston and Francesca Reid. They have performed extensively, as a two-prov team and as individual improvisers, on the London improv circuit.
Fran Reid is a trained and highly experienced actor / improviser based in London. She combines Johnstonian impro theory and Second City training to create unique and highly funny scenes and shows. Fran also performs in teams including The Bareback Kings, The Dreamweaver Quartet and The Die Hards, and teaches applied improvisation as The Offer Bank in a wide range of settings.
Robert Frimston has trained through Monkey Toast and The Free Association, and has extensive performing history in short-form, long-form, musical and narrative improv. He has performed on the London circuit, at the Edinburgh Fringe and at the Edinburgh International Improv Festival with teams including The Pioneers, Geraldyne, Multi-Verse and Snack Time.
