Turnstyle is a Belfast based Improv team, known for their quick wit, chaotic style and sincerity.
With the audience's help they will answer timeless questions such as “Do skipping stones have feelings?”, “Is the Sun made of paper mache and glowsticks?” and “What are the challenges of being your own son?”.
About Us
Turnstyle is a Belfast-based improv team formed by a group of experienced improvisers in 2022. Our focus is on world-building montages, where we identify novel premises inspired by audience suggestions, before exploring what kind of people would inhabit these worlds. We have been performing monthly at Belfast Improv over the last year and a half. With additional performances across Ireland at shows such as the GATHER Improv Festival, Bag of Cats, Voicebox and The Black Box. Spearheaded by Laura and Conleth, we host and organise a monthly alternative comedy night that showcases improv, sketch and stand-up from all over Ireland. Several of our members write and perform Stand-up Comedy, with Laura Conlon being shortlisted for the BBC New Comedy Awards 2023.

Bringing together a mixture of methods and skills from across the world, this show will be quite different from anything else at this years Festival. We may ask for audiance participation and there will be laughs and maybe some tears too.

We are a mixture of International Imrpovisers who are either Teaching or Preforming during this Imrpov Festiva Ireland 2023. We are coming together for 1 night and 1 night only to preform a unique never seen before show.

"Pakke Pakke" offers a freeform duo show characterized by unique editing techniques that seamlessly weave monologues into scenes, and vice versa. With a flexible format providing ample creative freedom, each performance becomes a distinct and enjoyable experience for both the audience and the improvisers themselves.
About Us
"Pakke Pakke" - an exceptional improv duo featuring two longtime friends, originally from Poland, reunited on stage. With almost two decades of shared laughter and adventures, they've embarked on a multitude of escapades together. Their improv journey includes training at the Wroclaw Academy of Improv, Warsaw School of Improv, The Annoyance, Celebration Barn and participation in numerous workshops at festivals. The duo's inception took place at an improv retreat, leading to a remarkable premiere at SNIF 2024, where they were celebrated as the festival's highlight.
